This beautiful villa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings in good quality well furnished accommodation. The house is partially air conditioned and has English Sky TV. The lounge has an open fire place and leads outside to a large conservatory dining room, which overlooks the gardens and of course the private pool. The villa is on a very quiet road and is not overlooked at all. Entry to the property grounds is via secure electronic gates by use of a remote control. To the rear of the villa you will find open countryside with the sea in the distance. The front of the villa leads out onto the roadside. The barbeque area is located to the front of the villa. The pool area has a good selection of high quality garden furniture and sun loungers. There is also a separate closed in lounge off the garden where comfortable lounge furniture is provided plus a further TV.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 30% deposit is payable within 7 days of booking to secure the villa. The balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to arrival.
  
• A cot and highchair may be rented for 50 euros for up to two weeks rental.

Car hire and airport transfers

We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you from Malaga airport. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. Airport transfers can also be arranged - please ask for a quote when booking.

Charter a yacht

We are please to be able to offer our clients the opportunity to charter your own private yacht for only 45 Euros per person (day trip) when renting this villa. You will be collected from from Puerto banus and have the opportunity to sail to various destinations for the day or to simply drop anchor on nearby beach and soak up the sun. Lunch on board can be provided for a further fee. The boat takes a maximum of six persons. For larger groups we lay on a second sailing boat which will allow you to enter into a race if you are interested. Please ask for details.

Tourist attractions

Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
