The location offers easy access to the most superb restaurants, coastal attractions & the Costa del Sol road network. Well behaved children are most welcome, a swing, slide and swing bar are located in the garden, which is very secure. There is a BBQ for al fresco dining, and a superb first floor terrace, with excellent views over the coast, to the Mediterranean beyond. Local sports facilities are excellent, golf courses, tennis clubs, fitness facilities are all within easy reach. In winter the Sierra Nevadas provide superb skiing facilities only 90min away. This villa will feel like your home in Spain, we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This is a beautiful villa situated only 10 minutes from Marbella and 20 minutes from the airport. Local shops, bars and restaurants are plentiful and are only a 10-15 minute walk away. The house is located in a residential area offering private and tranquil surroundings yet is only a few minutes drive from the beach and the beautiful harbour of Puerto Cabopino. The stylish and popular Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute drive away. The villa´s location provides easy access to all of the local road network allowing the opportunity to explore the local countryside, coast and mountain villages such as Mijas. The area offers extensive golf facilities with a superb selection of excellent golf courses, driving ranges and golf academies, the nearest ones being Miraflores and Cabopino. A superb sports centre is located by the villa offering excellent facilities including tennis, squash, paddle tennis and gymnasium for both adults and children. Winter skiing facilities are only 90 minutes away.

The master bedroom has direct access to the conservatory, gardens and pool area. The house is very private and is not overlooked, there are superb views over the ocean from the lounge, gardens and bedrooms. All rooms in the house are beautifully furnished and rentals include linen and towels with a midweek change and clean for those staying 2 weeks. Long weekends are available for those special treats.
