Studio set in woodland

Peacock Studio is a recently converted artist's studio and workshop set in mature woodland on the edge of Romney Marsh in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty that is the habitat of a wide range of woodland birds-from nightingale to nutchatch. It sleeps a maximum of four in a double bedroom and in the living area where there are two 6'4' + 3' beds built under the eaves. There is a shower bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, although you will have to do your own washing up! Garden/BBQ area. Central Heating by means of latest Dimplex technology. Sky package with full sports and movies included. Wireless internet access. Maximum of 4 people with children very welcome. No smoking and sorry no pets. English Tourist Council 4 Star rated.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Our nightly rates for various Seasons are as follows:
    High Season----- 6 nights at £350, 5 at £300, 4 at £255 and 3 at £230
    Mid Season-------6 nights at £295, 5 at £250, 4 at £215 and 3 at £175
    Low Season------6 nights at £240, 5 at £215, 4 at £185, and 3 at £165
    We ask for 1/3rd deposit on booking with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    If you are unable to send a Sterling pound cheque, then an electronic Sterling transfer from your Bank can be made to our Bank Account. Alternatively, should you wish to pay by Euros we can agree the rental equivalent which can then be executed by either cheque or electronic transfer. If you are paying by this method, we would ask you to consider paying the amount in full rather than paying a deposit followed by the balance, so that we are only charged one set of bank fees!
