Tastefully and carefully restored apartment situated on the first and second floor with independent entrance. It consists of an entrance/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor; a flight of stairs takes to the double room and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is very functional and modern. Even if it's such a central location, just 10 minutes walk from St Mark's square, it's a very quiet area. Charm and comfort, make you feel at home! and you may live an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends! Our prices are all-inclusive of utilities, gas, electricity. Sheets and towels supplied. Delightful, sheltered from tourist traffic, you can enjoy fully the quietness of this unique city. A lovely apartment, so nice in itself and so nicely situated, you would be charmed by it! Venice awaits you!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and it was lovely! The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location - only a short walk to the vaporetto stop. The description & photos of the apartment were accurate but just one thing to note, the air conditioning was only on the top floor where the bedroom and bathroom are, we slept comfortably but the living area downstairs got quite warm. I would definitly recommend this property to friends to stay in.

Perfect in everyway

This apartment really was the perfect place for us to stay in Venice.

The location is perfect, one Vaporetto stop, or a leisurely 10 min walk along from St Marks it is central but out of the way.

It is also so beautifully decorated and well equipt! We only wanted for a travel adaptor (we stupidly bought the wrong one!) which we bought and left there when we left

The tourist menus in many restaurants did not really appeal too us so we used the facilities and cooked in the apartment - this made our trip budget friendly but still super romantic! Beware though there is literally one supermarket!! (It is off the Vaperetto stop called Ca'dor past the Mcdonalds and Lush - how very Italian!)

Make sure you do the must sees such as St Marks, Doges palace etc, but also take the time just to wander around and get lost in the magic of Venice :)

100% Recommendation from myself and my partner, could not fault.

*not suitable for people with disabilities as staircase to access the apartment

After hearing stories about others who were trying to rent an apartment away from the tourist traffic - ending up renting "dumps"; we had resigned ourselves to tolerating our accomodations so we could experience Venice as a local.

Boy, were we wrong! Not only were we met by very gracious representatives who helped us find this great apartment tucked away on a side "street" (more like a small alley way), but when they opened the door and we climbed the marble-covered stairs, we were blown away by the beautiful decor of the apartment. It was furnished with everything we could possibly need and it was much larger than we had imagined.

People we met who were staying at a fancy hotel were amazed that we had better accomodations than they did, at half the price they were paying.

When (not if) we return to Venice, we will try real hard to schedule our trip when this unit is available.

This was a very well presented two level apartment with everything needed for a short stay in Venice. The apartment is situated in a very central location close to everything (St Marks just a few minutes walk along the canal) but surprisingly quite and away from the tourist traffic. You are really living with the locals – washing lines across the streets included.
We were met off the water taxi and delivered to the apartment by friendly local staff who explained everything we needed to know during the short walk to the apartment. Would definitely use the apartment again when next in the City

Great apartment and excellent location!

We had a great stay in this well-equipped, clean and modern apartment. Great for couples. As the description says, it really is only 10mins walk from St Mark's square, yet the area of Arsenale is quiet enough to feel that you can escape from the crowds. Perfect for experiencing Venice as a 'local'! We would recommend buying fresh fish at the Rialto market and heading back to the apartment in the evenings - leaving plenty of time for a drink on the waterfront whilst the sun sets. We had excellent customer service whilst booking, and arriving in Venice we were met by a representative, making finding the apartment a very easy process! Very highly recommended.
