The apartment is located in San Eugenio a popular part of Playa Las Americas and is in an ideal location for both families and couples. Away from the rowdiness of the centre of Las Americas - yet still within easy reach if you wish - Palo Blanco is an small exclusive complex and offers an ideal holiday base. Only 5 minutes walk to two sandy beaches of Torviscas and Fanabee. Restaurants and bars etc are near the complex and the San Eugenio Shopping Centre is on the corner with a large supermarket underneath. The prestigious Puerto Colon marina with its yachts and international restaurants and sandy beach fronted by seafood restaurants is also only a short stroll away. From here you can take a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins. Or go deep sea fishing to catch Tuna & Marlin, or just chill out and enjoy a drink overlooking the bay.

Palo Blanco Apartment

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms a seperate kitchen and a lounge and dining area. There is a terrace to the rear and a large balcony to the front of the property for all day sunshine. This apartment has been completely renovated to a very high standard including new kitchen and bathroom.

Tenerife

Tenerife enjoys virtually continuous sunshine with daily temperatures ranging from typically 24 C in the winter to 34 C in the height of summer. There is something for everybody to do in Tenerife from hill walking to windsurfing. Tenerife is often called a paradise island and for good reason!
