This family owned, luxury rental apartment is located in the heart of Nice. The self catering apartment is located on a quiet street adjacent to Place Mozart, Nice, on the fourth floor of a modern building equipped with an elevator. Our one bedroom apartment rental features a modern kitchen and top of the range furniture and fittings. It boasts a large sun terrace which is bathed in Riviera sunshine for most of the year, and is ideal for alfresco dining. The marble floored living and dining area is fitted with luxury sofas which easily convert to comfortable beds. The dining area features a stylish extensible table, to tailor to the dining needs of our self catering guests. The fully equipped kitchen is also an ideal dining area for two guests and leads onto the apartment sun terrace. The bright, spacious bedroom contains warm timber flooring and furniture and also opens out onto the sun terrace. Bed linen, bath towels and other necessities are provided for our self catering guests.

The Riveria,known for its mild climate, beaches and scenery, is an ideal holiday destination all year round. Nice, it’s capital, is an ideal base for exploring the Cote d’Azur and Provence. Nice is also very close to the Alps, which affords winter visitors with an opportunity to ski. The apartment is just off Place Mozart in the famous Musicians Quarter of central Nice. Gare Nice Ville is just 300m away with its rail and bus links to Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco and Italy. Nice airport is only twenty minutes away, with a regular express bus to the station. Low cost secured underground car parking is available just 100m from the apartment. It is easily accessed from motorway A6 by taking exit 50. The main shopping district of Nice, Avenue Jean Medicin, is within five minutes walk from the apartment. The historic old town is a short stroll away. The main beach and celebrated Promenade d’Anglais is within a ten minute walk. There is a wide selection of restaurants and cafes close by.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Extras such as complimentary toiletries, welcome food pack and tourist information pack all provided free to our guests. Sightseeing tours, airport pick-up, and personal shopping all can be arranged.
  • 30% non refundable deposit is required within five days of making a booking. The remainder of the payment is due four weeks before arrival date. Bookings made within four weeks of arrival require 100% of payment upon booking. £180 security deposit is required with each booking, which will be refunded to all guests following satisfactory apartment inspection by our representative in Nice. £30 charge per additional person per week for groups of more than two people. Bed linen and towels are included in these rates. Paypal option available.

  • The bedroom is a bright and airy room with large glass sliding door leading onto the terrace. It features air conditioning, warm timber flooring, large double wardrobe, full length mirrors, chest of drawers, bedside locker and reading lamp. The room also includes a TV point and multiple electrical sockets, which have been fitted with removable UK adapters for the convenience of our guests. The living area features a superior quality couch which contains a complete double bed and mattress. In the living area, there is another sofa which converts to a single bed, which can be easily accommodated in any room of the apartment. The apartment can accommadate up to five persons with two double beds and one single bed. An iron and ironing board are supplied for the guests' convenience.

Our apartment is in a small community of 20 homes with many permanent, local residents. We only rent it when not in use by family or friends. We prefer to let it to couples and small adult groups. It is not a suitable choice for 'party animals', seeking an all night party base.

Lovely apartment, located ideally for exploring Nice and other areas of the Riveria. Owners very helpful and made an effort to meet our every need, providing an agent to show us around and solve any problems we encoutered during our stay. The extra touches, like the welcome pack of groceries and the tourist pack of information really helped make the holiday one to remember, and we will definitely return here on our next visit to Nice.
