This romantic self-catering villa is based 15 mins from Alghero International Airport and only 5km from the nearest beach. The old town of Alghero is one of the most beautiful old walled towns in Sardegna. The beaches are only 5km away from this villa of dreams. The garden is some 2500 square metres and very quite and secluded. The nearest supermarket is only 2km away and all the main restaurants selling locally caught fish are within the town of Algero. Ryanair fly to Alghero all year round from a number of international airports. We would recommend hiring a car from Hertz.

Notes: The villa is approx 8 years old and has been decorated to a high modern standard with leather sofas and stone floors this was all completed in June 2009. All equipment is in good working order and good condition.

We were desparate for a holiday in the sun and Sardinia proved to be a great destination. Alghero is a beautiful, historic Catalonian influenced town,full of atmosphere especially in the evenings. The local beaches are stunning and about 10 minutes drive away from the villa. The sea is exceptional and probably the best we've come across, especially if you enjoy snorkelling or diving. The villa is about 2km from this lovely town and is located peacefully in the local countryside, where tranquility is only upset by the occasional braying of a local donkey. Set in substantial and well kept gardens amidst palm trees, the villa has every amenity and is ideal for families. The air conditioning was very welcome, as the weather outside can be baking hot and made the evenings very bearable. The villa was clean, had two modern bathrooms, dishwasher and a washing machine. You could tell that it had been recently decorated. It had everything a family could need from sattellite TVs and DVDs right down to the Connect Four, which my two children continually trounced me at. The agent was very helpful. In summary Alghero a great holiday destination and Viila Dei Sogni a welcome relaxing retreat.

Fantastic Villa

I have stayed at the villa a number of times over the past year and have already booked to go again in October, the Villa has been totally redecorated in May of this year and must say what a wonderful place this is to stay, there seems to be everything available for every type of holiday, relaxing, adventure, kids, etc etc

Peaceful Villa in lovely surroundings

Myself, my husband and two boys (aged 18 and 12) stayed here in early August - probably the hottest week!
The villa was clean and comforttable, with welcome air con upstairs and the downstairs was always cool - most it being below ground level.
There was ample space for us.
The directions from the airport were excellent and the supermarkets only a short drive away. A car (though wouldn't advise too big a vehicle - road leading up to villa is quite narrow) is essential, as per owners' recommendations.
The villa is very well equipped.
Would recommend for a great relaxing holiday.

Fantastic Location - Private

I have stayed at this a number of times and have always found it to be very clean and well looked after. The owners are always upgrading things like TV, Satalite etc etc. The villa itself is in an ideal location only 10 mins from local beaches and 5 min from the old town of Alghero. Yet the villa is nice and private if you want to just get away for total relaxation. The facilities of the villa are comprehensive and the owners have supplied everything you may need. The local supermarket again is only 5 min drive away.
