Set in a low rise block this large and comfortable third floor, three bedroom flat sleeps six and is in the heart of Javea Port set in quiet and beautiful gardens. Only 60 metres from the beach and all local amenities. Car not necessary. 125 sq metres with large lounge and large windowed veranda. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms with twin beds. TV and dvd player. Kitchen with large fridge, gas hob and electric oven, washing machine drying area on the roof. Easy access with 2 lifts. All linen supplied.

Javea is located on the northern end of the Costa Blanca and is usually blessed with wonderful weather year round. Situated at the northern end of a bay under the protection of Capo La Nao it supports a lively fishing community and safe harbour. The port itself has long been a favourite with foreign and especially English visitors and the many bars and restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisine. The surrounding countryside is devoted to oranges and olives and is speckled with ancient and intriguing towns.

Javea and surrounding: Javea port is a lively, established community with a pebble beach and paseo on your doorstep. The port is full of bars with wonderful tapas and seafood (try El Clavo for spectacular tapas). Javea town set some 15 minutes walk is a typical Spanish town with narrow streets and some fine architecture. There is a thriving market on Thursdays. The Arenal is a 20 minute walk from the flat along the coast and boasts a Blue Flag sandy beach and many bars and restaurants. Visit the tourist office in the port and find out what is on.

It was a splendid and relaxing holiday in Xabia.

Brian's apartment is more like a penthouse, located in a very nice place in the east side of Spain, A full option holiday with enough parking places nearby the Port, the promenade, the beach , supermarkets etc.

Brian is a most accommodating owner and Miguel, the concierge, with the use of sign language is very friendly and helpful.

Our holiday we did by car starting in Holland. From Xabia you can make a trip to Denia and also the places nearby, it is a must to see and enjoy the most beautiful beach. Also you can visit Benidorm "for the young ones".

We can recommend a visit to every one who likes Spain.
If you are 16 or 65 it don't matters go for it.
And with Brian's apartment nearby you will have a splendid holiday.

We have just come back from a lovely relaxing holiday in Javea.

Brian and Sonje's spacious apartment is ideally located in an attractive, quiet, well maintained block with secure parking (although it is so centrally located for the Port, the promenade, the beach , supermarkets, shops and restaurants you barely need a car).

Brian is a most accommodating owner and Miguel, the concierge, with the use of sign language is very friendly and helpful.

We would recommend the short boat trip to Denia (get the early trip if you want to shop) to explore the lovely tapas bars in the old district up by the castle and a visit to the sandy beach at Arenal (a short drive or 20 minute walk along the coast - A taxi costs just less than 5 euros each way)

We can thoroughly recommend a visit and we will certainly go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
