It's located in a luxurious residential area, characterized by sandy shores, bars, restaurants, shops and stores. This marvelous house has a fine view over the sea and the islands and it's only 100 meters away from the beach. It has very refined furnishings and will be let to families. The villa consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 living room with dining room, 1 living room with 2 double sofa beds, overlooking the sea, 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
