This recently renovated apartment sleeps up to 4 people in comfort and comprises: - Lounge/dining room with 1 sofa bed, table and chairs and a LCD TV/DVD player (PlayStation II). - Double bedroom. - Kitchen is equipped with 2 hot-plates, fridge, mini-oven and a washing machine. - Bathroom contains bath/shower with separate toilet. - Terrasse with furniture looking at wonderful views over Mont-Blanc. The property is located next to the Chamonix-Sud quarter, close to a large number of facilities including shops, bars, restaurants and the main pedestrian area. It is 200 metres from the “Aiguille du Midi” cable car. Directly opposite there is a main bus-stop providing easy access to the rest of the Valley including all the ski areas from Les Houches to Le Tour.

Chamonix`s reputation as the best outdoor sports venue in Europe is well known. It is also considered the mountaineering and climbing capital of Europe and offers some of the best skiing/boarding in the world. Besides climbing and skiing other activities include paragliding, mountain-biking, conoeing, rafting, trail running, hiking, golf, summer luge (kids), tennis and swimming. Not all of the activities in Chamonix involve breaking a sweat, for example, its easy to spend an afternoon taking in all the street cafes, restaurants, museums, exhibits and shops. Because of its sporting heritage and magnificent setting Chamonix plays host to some major world sporting events throughout the year such as:- The 'world climbing championships', The 'North Face Ultra-Trail' and the 'Kandahar' world cup downhill.
