HIGHLY COMMENDED, WE SUGGEST YOU TO BOOK 1 YEAR BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAYS. A small piece of countryside only 350 m from the centre of Sorrento isn't easy to find! We offer four comfortable and well furnished apartments, set amongst citrus trees and with swimming pool. Separate entrance and private parking space. Shops and bus stop at 50 m, descent to the sea at 750 m, trains to Pompeii and Naples at 450 m. The apartments have automated central heating and are an ideal setting for a pleasant holiday not only in summer but also in winter. IMPORTANT NOTE The residential complex which sleeps a total of 27 people can be rented in its entirety subject to availability and comprises the following apartments: (ref. T316 with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 extra single bed, ref. T317 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom + 1 double sofa bed, ref. T318 with 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, ref. T319 with 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and ref. B218 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).

This small residential complex (there are 4 other separate apartments in the grounds) is approached by a private lane. The apartment/small villa of 42 sq. meters is separate from the others and comprises lawn, living kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. A good-sized gallery provides space for two extra beds. Sleeps 4. Services included in the price: water, electricity, gas, weekly change of linen, washing machine, TV and private parking space, air conditioning and heating. Swimming pool (10x5) meters for communal use, open from 11.04.2009 to 31.10.2009. Services not included in the price: Weekly cleaning Euro 30,00 to be paid in resort.

really good location, all units have enough privacy, The owners are on site and are really friendly. Lovely garden and pool area. Do be prepared to buy absolutely everything as there are no basics such as salt/sugar/soap/washing powder/kitchen wipes provided or left over from previous renters. Wasn't impressed by the capacity of the hot water tank - shower lasts about 2 minutes. Great base to visit the Amalfi coast and surrounding area. Car not necessary, but it is about a 10 minute walk downhill to main town area. Recommended, although there could be some improvements to cutlery/crocker/pans etc - all a bit mismatched and old looking.
