The villa where is located the studio / apartment has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, in the east with excellent views of the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There is parking right outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga.3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. There is a mall with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. At 900 m. is the beach Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views of the bay. Individual heating, ADSL Internet line 24 hours a day. Computer (optional can be supplied). From September to June can be rented for another long season price.

Means of access. The Airport is 14 km. away. You can taken a taxi that costs from 25 to 30 Euros. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre bus number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution. Although there is bus stop just 50 meters, if you prefer to rent a car we can help with business confidence at very competitive prices.

The flat has a great location, near both the beach and the city centre; so it makes it an ideal base for a holiday in Malaga. Local supermarket and cafes/bakeries are really convenient. The flat itself has a nice kitchen which is big, light and airy making it possible to stay in for a meal as well as go out to a restaurant. All in all, this is an ideal spot for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a taste of real authentic Spain.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable...It was well situated for our needs and priced right. The owner went out of his way assuring we felt right at home. The place was clean and the apartments reflected it. This apartment was conveniently located for quick access to city, beaches, and restaurants. We recommend having a vehicle but there are loads of transportation and the people seemed not to mind the climb up the hill. On my next trip I will definitely return.

Die Apartments befinden sich oberhalb von Malaga-Ost. Die Busverbindung ist direkt vor der Tür. Parkmöglichkeiten bei eigenem PKW sind gegeben. Die Apartments sind zweckmäßig mit einer kleinen Kochmöglichkeit. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit einem Fußweg von etwa 15 Min. erreichbar genau wie beschrieben. Ebenso sind in der Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt u.a. Geschäfte. Herr Gonzalez-Nunez ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Grüsse aus Deutschland Ruth Weber

Our stay at Malaga was a good experince. The apartment was OK. Ideal for 4 persons who look for a cheap and comfortable place to stay. Our hosts Juan and his son spoke good english and were very nice and helpful. From the apartments terrace opens a beautiful view to the mountains. The grocery store nearby provides you with everything you need and a bus to the centrum goes by the house.
