The villa where is located the studio / apartment has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, in the east with excellent views of the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There is parking right outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga.3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. There is a mall with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. At 900 m. is the beach Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views of the bay. Individual heating, ADSL Internet line 24 hours a day. Computer (optional can be supplied). From September to June can be rented for another long season price.

P-1, are two attached studios that share a more than 100 m2 terrace. Facing the East has excellent views of the mountains. Equipped with twin beds and a sofa bed can comfortably sleep 4 people. Although it is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the tranquility. On the day you can sunbathe on the terrace, and at night may have dinner in a relaxed atmosphere full of romanticism. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution. Although there is bus stop just 50 meters, if you prefer to rent a car we can help with business confidence at very competitive prices.
