The villa where is located the studio / apartment has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, in the east with excellent views of the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There is parking right outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga.3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. There is a mall with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. At 900 m. is the beach Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views of the bay. Individual heating, ADSL Internet line 24 hours a day. Computer (optional can be supplied). From September to June can be rented for another long season price.

Studio D, is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Oriented to the east in the morning the sun get into it and in the afternoon the shadow protect you from the strong sun. You can sit in the terrace to have diner while you are watching t. v. It has a very good acceptation for its easy access to the terrace. It is equipped with T.V. and all you need to cook (crockery and cutlery), fridge, microwave, toaster hob and kettle. You can rent it per days, weeks or long term.

The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution. Although there is bus stop just 50 meters, if you prefer to rent a car we can help with business confidence at very competitive prices.

Small but cosy - ideal for a couple

Anybody (alone or couple) who needs accommodation as a base for exploring Malaga and its environments with daily trips, Studios in this apartment are an ideal choice. Located in a quiet residential area, yet close to both the beaches and grocery stores, Juan's impressive place offers easy access to both the city centre and main roads leading to the wonders of Andalusia, with parking place just across the street. The studios are well equipped, including the use of in-front terrace. Small kitchenette provides heater (two-plated), microwave oven, fridge, tea cooker, all in excellent condition in a clean and nicely built house. The bathroom is small, yet comfortable and sufficient for a couple, without interfering with the neighbours. Anybody who has the inclination to choose independence from massive hotels and daily sufferings to locate yet another small restaurant for meals, it is a great place to spend time, refill, and go for the next Moorish castle from the Tales of 1001 Nights.
Owner's Response: It is a pleasure renting the studio to people like this couple from Hungay who are excellent ambassador of their country due to their education and behaviour. I would like to see them round here again to give them a warm welcome.

Locali assolutamente puliti,e accoglienti persona (juan il propetario) disponibile e cordiale e persino aiutevole..il posto per raggiungerlo dal centro richiede una macchina ma è ben servita da mezzi pubblici alla grande città organizzata che è MALAGA...Potete fidarvi di Juan

Fantastic stay

The property is in a very nice residential part of Malaga with bus stops and shops very near. The studios share a terrace which is perfect for eating your breakfast in the sun! The property was very clean and in good order with everything you could need and the owner was very helpful and friendly. If travelling to the property from Malaga airport, take 'city bus' no19 to 'alameda principal' (the main street and takes about 40 mins) and then change to bus no.33 going to Cerrado de Calderon. The stop to get off at is 'Los Flamencos' which is right outside the property. each bus you take only costs 1.10 euro. the restaurants along pedregalejo beach are great and they get cheaper the further along you walk!

This is a good value alternative to a hostal room in a quiet residential area. I enjoyed my stay. A lot of information, (accurate), you may need is here, provided by Juan. There are a small number of establishments for food and drink and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk downhill, if you do not need the self catering.The beach restaurants of Pedragalejo and El Palo a little further.

great accomodation

yeah people this is place is no joke.its situated in the perfect place for your holiday.its only about 10-15mins to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bus to the town centre is literally about 10 feet away from the house. when u take this bus(33) its a bit long but you get the opportunity to look around after we are tourist. your alternative is to walk downhill about 10-15mins to get a quicker bus(11).overall the accomodation is clean,everything provided(cooker,fridge,tele,internet acess,toasters,juicers) and most importantly the view is super.so what you waiting for go on book it now.
Owner's Response: Very friendly and educated person. It was really a pleasure to receive him in my apartment. If you decide to come again I'll give you a warm welcome.
