The villa where is located the studio / apartment has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, in the east with excellent views of the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There is parking right outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga.3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. There is a mall with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. At 900 m. is the beach Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views of the bay. Individual heating, ADSL Internet line 24 hours a day. Computer (optional can be supplied). From September to June can be rented for another long season price.

It is oriented to the East with excellent views to the mountain, equipped with TV and all you need for cooking (crockery and cutlery etc), fridge, microwave, toaster and hob.

Means of access. The Airport is 14 km. away. You can taken a taxi that costs from 25 to 30 Euros. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre bus number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution. Although there is bus stop just 50 meters, if you prefer to rent a car we can help with business confidence at very competitive prices.

    A security deposit will be required in advance of 20% to secure the booking, which will be returned in full subject to breakages etc, when vacating the property on departure. Payment will be required in cash upon arrival, for the whole amount agreed.

The apartment is situated in the eastern part of Málaga, in a region with little traffic, wherefrom you reach the key points of the city quite rapidly.
The accommodation was very clean and furnished with all the necessary equipment.
Furthermore, the owner provided good customer service and was very corteous.

The apartment is the much pretty and equally zone of Malaga where it is situated.
Inside all that of which need can be had, with conditioned air, television set….it is the ideal is for a stay allocates them that as point of support for who wishes to turn Andalusia!
Owner's Response: Couple with a very good behaviour that left the apartment clean and everything o.k. I give you thank and would like to give you a warm welcome if you decide to come again.
