This is the largest condo in the building located on the 4th floor with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each bedroom has it's own attached bath, walk-in closet and television. The over-sized Master Bedroom has a very large bathroom with a private jacuzzi tub, private shower, separate toilet and double sinks as well as his/her walk-in closets. It also has has a balcony that overlooks the intercoastal water, heated pool, jacuzzi and you can watch the sunset each evening. The Queen Suite also offers an attached bath, walk-in closet and private balcony that overlooks the gulf that you can watch the sunset or have your morning coffee. The Twin room has two twin beds, an attached bath with private shower and walk-in closet. This condo is all on one level, so it is very convenient and is also handicapped accessible with wide hallways. There is a wet bar in the great room that has a serving window onto the balcony for indoor/outdoor serving. You can dine indoors in the dining room or outdoors.

Easy access to all the highlights in Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg. Tampa's Busch Gardens & neighboring water park, great Lowry Zoo, arts/symphony/theater etc. are about 1/2 hour away. Disney attractions/Orlando is only a 1.5 hour drive away. Nearby parks offer hiking to secluded beaches. At the Marina you can rent a boat for fishing, or select a Pirate, Dolphin or Dinner cruise. Ask about the Sea Screamer for Dolphins jumping in your wake and the Queen Fleet for 1/2 day or all day fishing charters. A boaters dream... Clearwater Beach offers something for everyone!!

Fantastic Condo

We stayed in July09 there was only the 3 of us and the condo was massive could have easily had more and lived really comfortably. The layout was great and the kitchen had every type of gadget you could think of except and electric kettle - for my hot cup of tea!! though there was a kettle I just had to boil the water on the stove.
The property was very well maintained and the view of the sunsets , beach and intercoastal were perfect. We were given great instructions on how to get to the condo as well as information on supermarkets which was very helpful.
The beach at clearwater is beautiful ,white soft sands and is just a 2 min walk away, the condo is again a few minutes from Pier 60 with the fantastic sunsets. There is mini-golf round the corner, macdonald's and frenchy's cafe are 2 minutes walk away.
The pool area was always quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves, all the public areas were clean. We would definatley go back again hopefully next year!!

Lovely apartment!

It's really a huge place - there were three of us with a bedroom each, but it would have been comfortable with twice as many. It's beautifully decked out - with all mod cons, and the hot spa downstairs is recommended especially. A great place to relax. (The grouper sandwiches and crab soup at Frenchy's just down the road are great too!)

This place was GREAT. HUGE. I stayed the week of May 17th with my husband (we are 33) our 2 kids, Girl who is 4 and boy who is 1, also my inlaws (late 50's). We had more than enough room so that it didnt feel crowded at all. We kept getting lost in the unit! Very clean, modern, great location. DEFINATELY will return next year to the same place!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sun West Palms. The condo was gorgeous-- the pictures did not do it justice! There were three couples and my 13 month old son, and we had a blast. The kitchen had everything we could possbly need and the master bedroom was amazing. It was such a nice family place and we were only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful and easily accesible for any of our needs. We highly recommend this condo to anyone with families.
