A deposit of $250.00 USD will book your dates. Please be sure of dates, this deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 45 days before arrival. Payable by credit card, personal, or cashier's check. Overseas wire transfers accepted.
Refunds for full balance may not apply within 30 days of arrival.

Security deposit required at time of arrival. The amount of $250.00 USD is REFUNDABLE within 15 business days after departure. This deposit is held for possible damages, missing items, and extensive cleaning costs to the home.
