Situated in Timberwoods resort, this fantastic villa is the perfect location to enjoy the gulf coast and all its great places of interest and culture. Everything you need to enjoy a home from home experience in this unique landscaped setting. Site facilities include a full sized heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, barbecue area, shuffle board, basketball net, and even a small lake to walk around and see the wildlife. We stayed here on holiday and liked it so much we bought the villa!! Within 7 minutes you can be on Siesta Key beach (Rated as in the top three beaches in the World) and enjoy miles of pure white sand and clear blue sea. Watch the sunset for a fantastic experience. Within a 5 minute walk, you are at one of the largest shopping malls in Florida, and it also includes a 12 screen cinema, restaurants, food supermarket and chemist, right next door. Disney is 90 minutes away, Busch Gardens 45 mins, Tampa airport (Direct flights from London) 50 mins away. Location A1*

Notes: All built on one level with integral garage, so you can drive up to the villa open the auto garage door, drive in, and shut the door behind you, without getting out of the car!! En suite & family bathroom. There are vaulted ceilings and the villa feels very spacious inside. Outside there is an attached screened Lanai so you can sit out and watch the sun rise or set, look at the fantastic landscaped gardens, and have a drink in the company of your guests. There is a communal area with barbecue facilities and a club house where you can play pool, use the internet or browse the small library. Tourist information is available on site, and the hire of tennis equipment is also available here. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a great supermarket just minutes away to stock up on your groceries etc. The pool has lots of sunbeds and a great jacuzzi to unwind with showers and a toilet block next to it. The site is great for gentle jogging and a circuit takes about 6 mins.

Just returned from our break at this property Nov 8th 2008. The site is immaculate with beautiful grounds spotlessly clean. The pool area is superb with bar-b-cue nearby. Villa is comfortable, well maintained,and fully equipped.Location next to a large Mall and cinema No hesitation in recommending it. Roderick Family Wales
