Beautiful Stone-built villa with magnificent views of St Paul de Vence

This pretty stone-built villa is set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden and is secured by electronic gates. The property is located on two levels and has ample parking. The first level has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin/triple bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a living room with double doors opening onto terrace. On the lower level, there is a large oak fully equipped kitchen with seating area and separate dining room, both looking onto the garden and pool. Adjoining the kitchen, there is an office/playroom/bedroom (sofa bed) with shower room and a laundry room with toilet and washing/drying facilities. There is an outside dining area seating 8 people and a lawn with children's play area. The pool is 60m2 and has a whirlpool spa with swimming contra-current. There is a very relaxing Moroccan-style pool house with daybed style seating, fridge/freezer, sink and cupboards. A pizza oven and barbecue area adjoins this. This would make a perfect holiday home for a family.

La Calade is located on the edge of the ancient village of La Colle sur Loup which is famous for its artisan community and boasts full amenities. The medieval village of St Paul de Vence is a 5 min drive. Both villages, together with nearby towns of Vence and Cagnes sur Mer offer a great choice of restaurants and local markets. La Colle sur Loup is an excellent location for outdoor activities, as well as being central to all major tourist attractions, and is within reach of Nice (15 mins), Antibes (20 mins), Cannes (45 mins), Monaco (45 mins) and Italy (1hr). There are many private and public beaches in the area, with numerous public golf courses.

Garden

The garden is a Mediterranean garden which includes palm and yucca trees (please take care with small children), together with fruit trees. The garden will be maintained by a gardener once per week (included).

Pool

The pool is heated and equipped with an alarm. It will be serviced/cleaned once per week. There are appliances available, if required, for daily cleaning.

Children Play Areas

At the rear of the property, there is a lawn area with children's play area. At the end of the garden, there is also a sandpit and swing. On request, a box of children's toys can be made available for your use during the rental period.
