Located in a quiet street our spacious two bedroom terraced house is situated minutes from the local restaurants and supermarkets. The beautiful endless beach is a 10 minute walk away. Positioned at the top of a hill there are spectacular views of the sea. With a white marble staircase and newly decorated throughout the property feels spacious with one double and one twin bedroom, a sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people in comfort. There is a good size living space, a bathroom and 2 WCs. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob microwave oven and fridge freezer. We also have large ceiling fans and a washing machine. The comfortable patio is great for relaxing on, here you can enjoy a nice meal or drink whilst also taking in the views of the sea. Also on the patio there is an outside shower to cool off. The community pool is close by. Good bus service. Alicante airport is a 10 minute drive away but not on a flight path. Airport pick ups and welcome packs can be arranged.

Notes to the rental rates

• 10% REDUCTION ON ANY HOLIDAY BOOKED BY THE END OF AUGUST 2008, TO BE TAKEN BY 31ST.MARCH 2009 (excluding Christmas and New Year). A further 10% discount when 3 or 4 weeks are booked. Special rates may apply to bookings over 1 month.
  There is a supplement of £50.00 for any week which includes Christmas, New Year or Easter..
  
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking. The full balance is due six weeks before the start of the holiday. A security cheque of £100 is required to cover accidental damage and breakages. This will be returned once the property has been inspected and subject to the house being left tidy and as it was found
  
• The only extra charges are €45 for cleaning which would be paid locally and €100 if keys are lost.

Costa Blanca (or White Coast)

The beaches are famous throughout Europe, and largely unspoilt, stretching for miles. The soft white sands and crystal clear waters have been awarded the Blue Flag Award by the EEC. There are also salt lakes close to Torrevieja (about 30 minutes drive from Gran Alacant) which are home to a host of wild life including pink flamingos. The City of Alicante itself is very vibrant and ideal for all your shopping needs. 45 minutes drive north brings you to Benidorm. Here you can spend a day visiting the marine and exotic animal park or cool off at Aqualandia (the water park). Or if you wish you can spend your time visiting the many bars and shops!

Golf Information:

There are many golf courses along the Costa Blanca. The one in Villamartin is about 45 minutes away from Gran Alacant and considered to be one of the best in Spain.
