As you walk into the house, the kitchen on the left, with views onto the estuary, invites you for a lovely dinner on the south facing terrace. Opposite the kitchen, a large open plan living room invites you to relax on the sofas. Then walk into the dining room for a nice dinner, or to play board games, at the 12 setter oak table. After dinner what better to do but watching the sunset from the comfort of the 2nd living room. On that floor, there is also a double bedroom, a separate toilet & a bathroom with its large shower & massage jets. Upstairs, discover 4 more bedrooms and 1 king size with balcony, all newly refurbished with oak furniture, and one bathroom with a bubbly bath. The enclosed garden is perfect to play outdoor games. The nearest beaches are only minutes away from the house where you will discover miles of white sand and panoramic views.

Notes to the rental rates

• Our prices are inclusive of electricity, water, gas, bedlinen, towels and changeover cleaning. There is no hidden charges. The changeover day is Saturday. To make you benefit from cheaper ferry crossings, we are flexible in low season. Arrival time is 4pm onwards and Departure time is 10am. We are happy to change those times whenever possible and on request. A welcome pack is awaiting you. Do not hesitate to get in touch, we will be happy to help. Looking forward to hearing from you.
  
• We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full price to secure your booking. The balance is only payable 6 weeks before your holiday, together with a refundable security deposit of £300.

Open to non-members, the club has extensive practice and coaching facilities (12 training positions & a dedicated 500 m² game area with a chipping Green, pitching area). Brest Golf is a course for golfers of all levels who will enjoy greens that are well defended and a pleasant course with water hazards. 18 hole course (par 70, 5250 meters on 43 hectares) along with a 9-holes (for experimented players and school course or practice course: Ideal solution to start golfing and train, perfect to work your swing and your approaches without stress) and a 3-hole practice course, a covered driving range of 6 positions with a putting training area. On the edges of Europe, golfers can still manoeuvre amongst granite stones amongst granite stones on a course with a natural beauty and a scenery of the far reaches of the world. With some views of the Ouessant and Molène islands.

FOOD IN BRITTANY

Brittany is a region with fine gastronomic traditions. Popular local specialities include shellfish (fruits de mer) and fish in general; but other delicacies for which the region is famous include 'crêpes' (pancakes) and a variety of Breton pastries, the most famous being the Breton butter cake or Kouign Amann . Brittany has a strong agricultural tradition, and is famous for its early vegetables and its salted butter, which many restaurants will find the most mouth-watering ways to combine.
