Villa Kalidonia, pool, close to beach

Superb new four bedroom villa with private pool, three minutes’ walk to the beach and right in the family holiday resort of Pernera. Walk a couple of minutes to shopping and restaurants, take boat tours from the beach, explore the coast and this beautiful island. This self catering villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard to accommodate eight. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the dining area and a cosy lounge where is large TV with satellite and DVD player. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and W.C. In addition there is a family bathroom with bath / shower upstairs and a guest W.C. downstairs. A car is not necessary with this central location as plenty of things are within walking distance and there are friendly taxis and bus service.

Nearest beach: Beach at 250 metres

The resort village of Pernera has plenty of restaurants, small supermarkets, and something for everyone. Blue Spice Beach is a short walk away. Not far away you will find more coves and beaches, water sports and a water park. The somewhat larger town of Protaras is a 20 minute stroll, where you will find more activities day and night. The traditional town of Paralimni is a short drive away, as is the resort of Agia Napa with plenty of night life. Further afield, make a day trip to the Troodos mountains and consider a walk up to Kalidonia Falls after which the villa takes its name. Don’t miss the the old capital city of Nicosia. Larnaca airport is a 45 minute drive on the new motorway.

Accomodates eight people and no one has to sleep on a sofebed! Master bedroom with five foot wide double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and two other bedrooms each with two single beds. In the cozy lounge a 66cm (26inch) flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, clothes washer, iron, and ironing board. The handsome wood indoor dining table has six chairs and can be expanded. Two folding chairs are available, to allow a total of eight to dine. There is a large outdoor dining table with umbrella and garden chairs for six, or eight with the folding chairs. Also outside are six sun loungers. There is private parking for one car.

Larnaca Airport is well served by both budget and traditional airlines.

Please use air conditioning only while you are at the villa and with the windows closed. It does not take long to cool down after you arrive. Using the air conditioning with the windows open can lead to malfunctions and then there will be no air conditioning.

Single sex parties are possible only with additional conditions and the owner's explicit approval. Parties which do not match the description given while booking may be refused on arrival.
