Details for Royal Park in Thailand. This luxury house situated in the Royal Park Rungruang 3 village is just minutes from the Beach. This house sits on a large plot of some 550sq meters with its own fabulous pool (10 meters by 6.5 meters) set in Tropical gardens with Jacuzzi. The house is surrounded by a wall with decorative wrought iron gates providing absolute security in addition to the 24 hour security enjoyed at the village.

Pattaya Beach- Some 4 kilometers long, this beach faces Pattaya Bay, the major venue from where boats visit Pattaya's offshore islands. The beach curves from the north to south and is largely paralleled by a tree-lined promenade and beach road which is lined, in the northern and central parts, by hotels and restaurants. Excellent Property, A***** and Location

Me and my partner stayed here, it was our first visit to Thailand, and the stay was so comfortable and it had everything we needed.
From getting off the plane we had transport to the house and again back to the airport 2 weeks later.
The house is very modern and clean and tidy with everything we needed. The Pool is excellent with a jacuzzi, it is MUCH bigger than the photo looks.
We would definately recommend this house and also the owners, Mr and Mrs Ramsden, who are very pleasent people to arrange a comfortable stay!

We had a great experience at this house. It is very spacious and clean. The pool on the property was the hit of the week. The only downside was that it wasn't "stocked" very well with a coffee pot, blender, food storage, etc. It did have all the basics though. The outside lawn furniture was great and there were plenty of beach towels. The property manager was a huge help and went above and beyond to make our stay great. I would highly recommend this property, but would say you 'NeeD' a rental car or some set transportation. There is no internet in the house, but service is available right across the street from the main gate- a two minute walk for 20 baht and hour. Overall location in the town of Pattaya is great. 12 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to Tesco-Lotus (Wal-mart type store). I hope to stay at this property again.
