Details for Royal Park in Thailand. This luxury house situated in the Royal Park Rungruang 3 village is just minutes from the Beach. This house sits on a large plot of some 550sq meters with its own fabulous pool (10 meters by 6.5 meters) set in Tropical gardens with jacuzzi. The house is surrounded by a wall with decorative wrought iron gates providing absolute security in addition to the 24 hour security enjoyed at the village.

Pattaya Beach-

Some 4 kilometres long, this beach faces Pattaya Bay, the major venue from where boats visit Pattaya's offshore islands. The beach curves from the north to south and is largely paralleled by a tree-lined promenade and beach road which is lined, in the northern and central parts, by hotels and restaurants.

Excellent Property, A***** and Location

Me and my partner stayed here, it was our first visit to Thailand, and the stay was so comfortable and it had everything we needed.
From getting off the plane we had transport to the house and again back to the airport 2 weeks later.
The house is very modern and clean and tidy with everything we needed. The Pool is excellent with a jacuzzi, it is MUCH bigger than the photo looks.
We would definately recommend this house and also the owners, Mr and Mrs Ramsden, who are very pleasent people to arrange a comfortable stay!

Great House in East Pattaya

We had a great time staying at this house while in Pattaya. Loads of space and a Great Private Pool which the Kids loved and practically lived in when we were at the home.
BBQ in the rear garden made a great Birthday party for my daughters 7th Birthday. This house has everything you need including a washing machine if your that way inclined great A/C if you want to be cool, personally i prefer to be hot while in Thailand. Tony and Yen are on hand for any advise or help that you may need. Plenty of 7/11,s close by and a great food market just a few minutes walk away. Loads of bars close by and the Beach is about 10 mins by car or taxi. Very secure with a wall all the way round and locked gates so the kids can not escape.
If your looking for a place to stay where you can relax with a beer or a glass of wine and top up the tan, then this is a good place to stay.
Many thanks to Mick and Joanne and of course Tony and Yen for looking after us. It was good to see them again!
P.s. A good hairdressers very close to the house if you want your hair done before a night out....

..a haven in Pattaya

the house is conveniently situated close to the center of Pattaya but away from all the noise of the center..great to relax in the private pool after a hot day. You can get to Walking Street for about 200 bht (5-10 min) on taxi even if some taxi drivers ask for more. We found the house very clean and well furnished just as described and the owner was really really helpful. The near by market is at walking distance great for trying the local foods. Down the road you can also order beverages and have them delivered to your door step at very fair prices. There are many places to visit and all within close proximity.. I would definately reccomend this property to anyone wishing to visit Pattaya.

Brillant stay in Royal park

Firstly can i say that the house is absolutely fantastic, the pool is much larger than it looks and the location of the house is excellent. It is near enough to central pattaya, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Security guard based outside the door who walks you to your door at night is another of the added advantages of this property. The house is clean comfortable well maintained and tony and yen look after their guests with a lot of care and attention. Transport in and out of town is easy and 5 min gets you into central pattaya. After staying in hotels around the world , i found my self catering experience,, especially in this house as the way to go. Will hopefully return next year and will not hesitate to contact Michael and Joanne to book their beautiful home again. Excellent for friends sharing or families or a few golf lads who enjoy a bit of peace and quiet yet only be a few min from the hustle and bustle of town.
