Notes to the rental rates

• Linen including beach towels are included in the rental rate. There is an end of stay cleaning charge of £35 payable at the time of booking. A transfer from and to the airport is available from £25 one way, based on 4 people or less If you have an evening departure, a late check out facility is available. The room is available for you until 9pm at night for just £45.
  Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available for £25 per change-please advise at the time of booking.
  A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
  
• Extras bookable in advance.
  Cots are available at a rental charge of £5 per night.
  Cool boxes are available at a rental charge of £7 per holiday useful to reserve your baggage allowance with the low cost airlines.
  Grocery packs are available, useful for night time arrivals, they are £5 per person (minimum 2 people).
  Fans are available for £9 per week or £2 per day.
  Beach umbrellas are available for hire at £9 per week or £2 per day.
  
• Cancellations 55 days to 42 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 42 days to 35 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 35 days to 28 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 28 days to 14 days of arrival are subject to cancellation fee of 75% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 14 days to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the holiday cost.
