Situated in the quiet, romantic, hillside village of Payia, 10 minute drive from the wonderful beach at Coral Bay, this newly completed apartment has a shared pool with a patio/terrace giving stunning views of the bay. Tasteful and modern decor and furniture including TV, DVD. Kitchen has washing machine, cooker/hob, fridge freezer, microwave and electric steamer. There is also a hair-dryer and iron/ironing boar. Independent air-conditioning units in lounge and bedroom. Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower. Patio has table, chairs and umbrella and is an ideal place to have breakfast or watch the sunset. Ample parking space. Five minute walk to village centre where there are several local restaurants, a variety of shops and a bank. Linen and towels included in price. Option to purchase pre-ordered grocery pack including items for special occasions such as wine, chocolates or flowers. Unsuitable for guests with limited mobility due to hillside location.

Peyia itself is a typical Cypriot village close to the Troodos Mountains (where skiing available in season), there are numerous excellent restaurants and tavernas where you will receive a very warm welcome from the locals. Paphos is the Capital of the west and teeming with history, there is a charming fishing harbour lined with cafes and tavernas and many places of historical interest including remarkable mosaics, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries, also vaults and caves which are The Tombs of the Kings, the Byzantine Museum, an Archaeological Museum and several ancient churches. Coral Bay is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Cyprus, excellent for safe swimming and a variety of water sports. The breathtaking Trodes Mountains are ideal for hiking or mountain-biking through acres of beautifully scented pine forest or visiting one of the monasteries in the area.

We are just back from a peaceful, sun filled holiday in Cyprus. We stayed at this clean, quiet & well equiped appartment for just under 2 weeks and have returned home refreshed, tanned and wishing we where still back in sunny cyprus. When we first arrived we couldn't get over how quiet the area was, we enjoyed swimming in the shared pool and meeting other people who where living in Peyia. Peyia is a large village with great resturants and shops, it's beautiful mountains make the views both day and night stunning. Recommend for a quiet getaway for sun lovers, those who enjoy good food, friendly people, theres loads to see and do although most of the time we just chilled out - Loved it - cant wait to go again in 2010

We visited this apartment October 2008 for a ten day break. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful with places to visit nearby and this fitted the bill perfectly. The apartment was first class and the owner was more than helpful with all aspects of our stay. It was very clean, well furnished and well equipped. It is situated on a hillside giving amazing views over Coral bay but the location is quite steep so may not be suitable for the less fit. The village of Payia is only a ten minute walk and we found well stocked supermarkets and banking facilities. The local restaurants were first class, very friendly and affordable. We would recommend a hire car if you want to travel further afield and a good quality map of Cyprus is a must. We found the weather in October very pleasantly warm. In conclusion a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in first class accommodation and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family.
