This recently constructed villa is located in a very quiet spot near then end of a small country lane and offers excellent privacy. The extensive, fully enclosed plot is accessed through double gates. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa are but a few minutes drive from this peaceful and relaxing countryside location. The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises briefly of; a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with entertainment being provided by Digital Satellite TV, a DVD Player and a Stereo system. There is a separate dining area adjacent to a modern, fully fitted kitchen, having a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The villa is centrally heated throughout

Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
