The property owners have worked hard to present you with both a luxurious and comfortable setting at Villa Oceana. The results are first-class accommodations for our guests. Some of the exquisite features of the outside of Villa Oceana are its rooftop terraces where you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the rainforest and Pacific Ocean or watch the star filled sky, and its colorful architecture. The north terrace provides a wet bar, sink, bathroom, sofa and armchair, a coffee table and a hammock. The south rooftop terrace also features a hammock.
At the Garden level, after cooling off in the pool & whirlpool you can eat your meals or play games at the beautiful Moroccan table or take a nap in the hammock under the Palapa.
Decorated with a mix of colorful Provence and Moorish style, the 11-foot ceiling on the main floor adds a sense of grandeur. You will find the environment soothing and relaxing. Meanwhile, the terracotta and verdigris colors and custom made furnishings contribute to the elegant and comfortable setting.
The floor plan for the main living area in Villa Oceana features a fully equipped kitchen with a center island and Moroccan stools, laundry room, dining room, living room and guest bath.
The dining room features a beautiful custom made Provence style pine wood table with seating for 8, a Provence style buffet, candles and place mats. The adjoining living room amenities include 2 bookcases, TV (DVDs only), a stereo system for CDs, an assortment of DVDs, books, games and puzzles. Completing the living room is a beautiful antique sofa, 2 armchairs, a bench seat, coffee table, area rug, pillows and side table.
Beginning with the grand master suite upstairs in Villa Oceana, you will find many features that will make your stay comfortable, including a comfortable king size bed with side tables, desk and chair. The adjoining bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub & shower, two sinks and a toilet, a large walk-in closet, a guest safe for your valuables, a telephone and radio. Other amenities include fine linens and towels, a hair dryer, first aid kit and sewing kit. In addition, the grand master suite at Villa Oceana opens up to a south balcony and a north terrace.
Villa Oceana offers two additional bedrooms on the second level, each containing two twin beds with side tables, armoires and fine bedding. Each set of twin beds can be made into a king bed if needed. These bedrooms share a bathroom containing a tub and shower, with two sinks and a toilet. The South Facing bedroom opens up to a south balcony.
The downstairs guest suite at Villa Oceana is also very comfortable and includes a queen-size bed with side tables, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub & shower, two sinks and toilet, a hair dryer, a large walk-in closet and guest safe. It opens up to the ground-level balcony. The guest suite at Villa Oceana also offers the same fine linens and towels as found in the grand master suite.
An independent guesthouse next to the main house offers a queen bed on a second level reached by spiral stairs. The first level has a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a twin day bed.
To complete your vacation, Villa Oceana comes with it’s own private soccer and volleyball field down below. For more fun the field is shared with neighboring Villa Exotica.
