The owners of Casa Exotica Vacation Rental in Costa Rica have gone to great lengths to create a sense of beauty, both on the inside and outside. This effort has resulted in truly first-class accommodations for our guests.
On the outside of Casa Exotica is featured a private pool for relaxation and cooling off.
A striking stairwell leads you to an open-air terrace on the roof, complete with a wet bar, guest bath and shower, a whirlpool, and stunning 360-degree views of the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy the cool hill top breezes under the large palapa (thatched roof gazebo) under which where you can relax in the Moroccan Style sitting area, or you may even choose to simply rest in our large hammock or play a spirited game of ping-pong on our cedar ping pong table (hand made by the owner himself).
After a fun filled day, gather the kids (even the big ones) for a fun game of Soccer or Volleyball on the private field down below (shared with Villa Oceana next door).
The inside of Casa Exotica is a case study of elegance and style. Decorated in an elegant Moroccan style, Casa Exotica features rich black teak floors with turquoise accents, and furniture and accessories bathing you in comfort and luxury.
Starting in the upstairs Grand Master Suite you will find a Moroccan king bed with a canopy and side tables. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and shower, two sinks and a toilet. In addition to the fine linens and towels, you are also treated to a large walk-in closet, a guest safe, a telephone and radio. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, first aid kit and a sewing kit. For your viewing pleasure, the grand master suite also features a south balcony with views of the ocean, and a large north terrace with unobstructed panoramic views.
In the main downstairs guest suite at Casa Exotica you will find a large Costa Rican teak King bed with beside tables, a Jacuzzi tub and shower, two sinks, a toilet. Besides the fine linens ad towels you are also presented with a walk-in closet and guest safe, and a ground-level balcony.
The kid’s bedroom at Casa Exotica includes 2 twin beds, plus two extra twin floor mattresses. The kid’s bathroom features a large tub and shower, with two sinks and a toilet. The same fine linens and towels accompany are included with the kid’s room.
The spacious main-floor kitchen in Casa Exotica includes a microwave, a self-cleaning oven, a dishwasher, double sink, a refrigerator and freezer with an icemaker and filtered water, an easy-clean ceramic cooktop, and a center island with stools. Other amenities found in the kitchen include miscellaneous office supplies, walkie talkies, a telephone, blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, plateware, silverware, a knife set and cook ware, paper towels and basic condiments.
The main floor in Casa Exotica also features a dining room, living room, laundry room and guest bath. The dining room is decorated with a beautiful Costa Rican teak table with seating for up to 10, a turquoise buffet, candles and place mats. The living room amenities include a TV and armoire (DVDs only), a stereo system for CDs, an assortment of DVDs, books, games and puzzles. Rounding out the living room amenities is a Moroccan ensemble containing 2 sofas (one that makes out into a twin bed), 2 lovely armchairs, pillows, a coffee table, side table and turquoise bookcase.
In the laundry room you will find for your convenience a washer and dryer, a utility sink, laundry soap and cleaners, an ironing board, storage shelving, beach/pool towels and Pareos (best for the beach) and a few fun items including a soccer ball, Frisbee, and pool floater. The guest bath includes a sink, toilet and a storage area.
