Blue Caves Villas it's a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of four traditionally designed Zakyntian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. Our villas have direct access to the sea and spectacular 'Priest's Cave' where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. We currently have four fabulous villas for you to choose: Deep Blue - 4 bedrooms Crystal - 3 bedrooms Purple - 3 bedrooms Palace - 5 bedrooms All villas with PRIVATE POOLS and hydro-massage, constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely furnished and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts.

The Villa 250 sqm is constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely furnished and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts with central heating. There are areas for relaxing and dining outdoors, a traditional village wooden oven and a barbecue. Private swimming pool (55sqm) and hydro-massage area. Upper Floor: Living/dining area with fireplace. Large well equipped kitchen, including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with a double and en-suite bathroom. Lower Level: Double bedroom (40 sqm) and twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces. Studio Apartment (50 sqm): Large bedroom with double and single bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, TV and music system.

We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos , which is connecting Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and you can do shopping. Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 m2, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The villa is by the seaside and it has direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea blue-green in colour and crystal clear, beautiful for swimming, fishing.
