The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. Our villas have direct access to the sea and spectacular 'Priest's Cave' where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. We currently have four fabulous villas for you to choose: Deep Blue - 4 bedrooms Crystal - 3 bedrooms Purple - 3 bedrooms Palace - 5 bedrooms All villas with PRIVATE POOLS and hydro-massage, constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely furnished and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts.

Villa PALACE is very comfortable NEW (2008) Zakynthian, traditionally designed stone villa with five bedrooms. The villa has PRIVATE big pool and hydro massage area, direct access to the sea and impressive Priest's Cave. Accommodation details: On the ground floor, there are fully equipped kitchen with open large sitting and dining room, one master bedroom and two bathrooms. The top floor contains four bedrooms (two master bedrooms and two with single beds 2+3), three bathrooms and large covered veranda where you may enjoy an amazing sea view.

We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos , which is connecting Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and you can do shopping. Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 m2, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The villa is by the seaside and it has direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea blue-green in colour and crystal clear, beautiful for swimming, fishing.
