Blue Caves Villas it's a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of four traditionally designed Zakyntian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. Our villas have direct access to the sea and spectacular 'Priest's Cave' where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. We currently have four fabulous villas for you to choose: Deep Blue - 4 bedrooms Crystal - 3 bedrooms Purple - 3 bedrooms Palace - 5 bedrooms All villas with PRIVATE POOLS and hydro-massage, constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely furnished and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts.

Crystal and Purple Villas are two identical, 110 sqm newly built 3 bedrooms villas with Private swimming pool and hydro massage spot. Comfortable for 6-8 persons each. On the ground level are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-dining room and kitchen. On the top level are one bedroom, 1 bathroom and large covered veranda with amazing panoramic sea view.

We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos , which is connecting Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and you can do shopping. Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 m2, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The villa is by the seaside and it has direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea blue-green in colour and crystal clear, beautiful for swimming, fishing.

We had the most fantastic holiday - the villa was great, really clean and comfortable, well kitted out and done relatively recently. The position is amazing, with direct access to the sea and a 2 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos which has a great taverna right on the water and is very picturesque and unspoilt. The owner went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable - provisions in the fridge when we arrived, fresh fruit from the grounds brought in regularly and, best of all, his gorgeous dog who came canoeing and swimming with us! We hired one of his boats and spent all day lazing in beautiful coves whilst the children spent most of the time is the wonderful sea - so still, it was like a giant pool. I would highly recommend these villas , although if you're looking for the high life, you won't find it in this part of the island, but if you want a touch of authenticity, this is it.
