Rental rates for the villa in the Dominican Republic, Caribbean

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are 'per bedroom' with a 5 bedroom minimum. Figure your rental rate using the following:
  High Season (Dec 1 - Apr 30): $3525/night (1-5 Bedrooms) + $225/night for each additional bedroom
  Mid Season (May 1 - Aug 31): $2625/night (1-5 Bedrooms) + $225/night for each additional bedroom
  Low Season (Sep 1 - Nov 30): $2125/night (1-5 Bedrooms) + $225/night for each additional bedroom
  Christmas, New Year, Easter: Weekly rate $36,500 (all bedrooms)
  U.S. Thanksgiving: Weekly rate $28,000 (all bedrooms)
  * prices are based on no more than 2 persons per room
  * the above rates do not include a mandatory 12% minimum gratuity or applicable taxes
  A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is required at time of reservation.
  Reservations are not accepted and committed until a deposit has been received.
  Credit cards are charged an additional 4% administrative handling charge.
  
• Villa provides a mandatory meal plan, including all food and non-alcoholic beverages, for our guests. The meal plan is not optional and is in addition to the villa rental fee itself. All meals are prepared by our executive chef, who knows where to obtain the finest ingredients and create mouthwatering delights.
  Our menu is as varied as the palette of the island allows; fresh lobster, fresh local seafood, USDA Angus (and Argentinean) beef, pork, goat and chicken. Our food plan includes complete breakfasts, lunches, mid-day snacks and wonderful dinners prepared daily by our executive chef and served formal restaurant style.

Along with Playa Grande the nearby area holds Playa Diamonte, Playa Caleton, Cabo Frances, Playa Entrada and many more—all unique and unspoiled.

Nearby (7 miles) is the famous Playa Grande Golf Course, designed by the master architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. as his crowning achievement in the Caribbean. Often dubbed the “Pebble Beach of the Caribbean,” the Playa Grande Golf Course boasts 10 holes right on the water overlooking soaring sea cliffs and crashing waves. Whether you are an experienced golfer or a weekend duffer, this is an amazing golf course you will remember for years to come.
