This delightful villa is located in a quiet area overlooking open countryside, 400m from the old town of Pollensa. There is a good selection of shops, bars and supermarkets within the town. The popular resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente, with safe sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of a lounge / dining room and fitted breakfast-kitchen. There is also an external door to the rear patio and the the separate outside laundry room housing the washing machine. The master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and the bathroom are all accessed directly from the salon. Comfortable, good quality traditional furniture is to be found throughout this charming country house.

Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.

The property was clean and well equipped. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and plenty room for us all. We did enjoy our stay here but a few things could be improved.
First, the entrance to the house, kitchen and living area is not visible from the pool. Therefore there is a security and safety risk if you are watching young kids and need to fetch something from inside. The cleaner recommended we keep the door locked whilst at the pool.
The master bedroom is located next to the out house containing the pool pump. There is a noise from this all night long. It will drive the heaviest of sleepers to distraction.
There are no instructions for the bizarre top loading washing machine. I reported it as faulty by mistake.
Some extra pillows would be nice. We had one each, which wasn't enough.
It may be 400m to shops and bars but it's a good 30 min walk to the square.
The plants were watered early evening. This was inconvenient and awkward as we were still using the pool and patio area.
