Location, Location, Location. BLUE RIVER VILLAS is a brand new luxury development, located one hundred metres from the beautiful beaches in the heart of Pernera/Portaras. These contemporary styled residences are furnished to the very highest standards and you will want to come back again and again to relax in the sun. The breathtaking church of Profitis Ellias stands over 100 meters high and its rolling green hills look over the small resort area of Protaras. The festival of this chapel is on July 20. A two-day festival where stalls and cafes are set up selling traditional Cypriot foods and sweets. The roads in Protaras are of the highest standard with large pedestrian routes ideal for walkers and bikers. For those of you that prefer being closer to nature, there is a wooden path that can be followed around the coast, across rocky coves and secluded beaches where you will find small churches perched high on the rocky landscape overlooking the sea. Pernera is the closest sandy beach.

The accommodation has no stairs and is ideal for small toddlers, two couples or the elder generation where DDA requirements need to be considered, the property comprises of TV lounge area, patio doors, dining area, marble flooring throughout, beautifully fitted kitchen and cloakroom. Corridor leads through to 2 spacious bedrooms each with fully fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with walk-in showers. Bedroom 2 has patio doors leading to the pool. Upstairs villa consists of 2 large en-suite bedrooms and a sofa bed which can sleep 6 if required. The accommodation is the same layout as downstairs with a balcony. In the centre of the popular resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa is Pernera beach 200yds from this villa. The picturesque beach of golden sands and moderate waves has been awarded a blue flag for its cleanliness, friendly people and a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Try one of the numerous boat trips which will take you along the coast to the blue waters of Fig Tree Bay or Cape Greko or experience the excitement of the jet skis, dune buggies or paragliding. Clean, lively and safe nightly entertainment with beautiful souvenir shops and an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes. Paralimni, the nearest town is 5km away and offers larger shops, cafes and bars and is well worth a visit during the day if you need to escape the sun. Ayia Napa is about 10km and is a great place to visit or take the kids to the huge water park and in the evening a great place for the more 'party spirited'. Take a walk and have a drink at the harbour and admire the beautiful coastal scenery.

Travel Information: LARNACA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IS YOUR NEAREST AIRPORT TO THIS VILLA. There are many budget airlines including flythomascook, firstchoice, thomsonfly, xl and most fly from regional airports around the UK on Wednesdays and Sundays. For scheduled airlines please try ba, cyprusairways or eurocypria. If travelling from Luton Airport please try flymonarch who have 4 flights per week going into Larnaca and offer some great deals.

Due to the limited water supply in Cyprus, we encourage every holiday maker to be prudent with its usage. The 3 no. Air-conditioning units are regularly re-gased and is charged at £35 per week for your usage and comfort.

My family and I have just returned back from Cyprus, having rented this property for 2 weeks. We were one of the first people to stay here. The service provided was first class, we were picked up at the airport and then given a quick tour of the property. The location of the villa is superb, everything you need is on your door step, not too far to walk which was great for the kids. We did not travel too far as the villa accommodated all our needs. Coming back next year.

Sorry for not writing this review sooner.
We had a lovely holiday at 29 Blue River. Its was beautiful, modern, clean and a great location.
The "Bear" and Devi were really nice people and a great help informing us of all the things we needed to know.
Its a great location for the young and the old. Quiet if you want it, or Lively if you prefer to live it up.
There is a lovely walk along the decking pathway into Protaras which takes about 15 minutes, or a 5 mins taxi ride. We loved it here and would like to return.
Loved your 3 bed Villa next door, its beautiful. Maybe we could rent that next time. Thank you very much renting us your apartment and hope to revisit soon.
