Photos and Description of this Calonge holiday villa Secluded setting with beautiful views and total privacy

This detached villa has secure off road parking and secluded gardens. The heated pool is larger than average - 10m x 5m and is private and not overlooked by neighbours or passers by. There is a substantial gas BBQ for the use of guests and plenty of outside furniture for parties of up to eight people. The sleeping accommodation consists of two master bedroom suites both with full private bathrooms, air conditioning and South facing balconies. One is on the ground floor and other on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms on the first floor sharing a large family bathroom. The views from the villa are uninterrupted across the valley to the mountains and there is no through traffic as the roads are used only by local residents.

The Villa is located at Viscondado de Cabanyes which is one the prime locations in the area with the individually designed villas on the mountainside above Calonge. The local beach, St Antoni de Calonge, is still unspoilt by mass tourism and package holidays have not reached this area. The village of Calonge is medieval with its twelfth century Castle and Church. There is an abundance of restaurants with a range to suit all tastes from local 'Menu de Dias' to top class restaurants serving international cuisine.

Notes: The villa is child friendly and is fully equipped with a high chair and cot. Both the front gates and the pool area can be locked for additional security for families with young children. One of the master bedrooms with full bathroom facilities is on the ground floor at the same level as the kitchen and living area. This can be particularly useful for an older or infirm member of the party who does not wish to cope with more than a few steps especially as there are two parking areas. The lower of these is at the ground level.
