This high standard villa comprises of three bedrooms, two en-suite shower rooms, a bathroom with jacuzzi bath, a spare toilet, a sunny terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, a cosy sitting room with Cable T.V., DVD player and a fireplace, a spacious deck area with a swimming pool and landscaped gardens. A stone-built BBQ, a payphone and a washing machine are also available.

Yes, there is a building site next door- this is true all over Gozo! The furnishings and linens are past their best. Inspite of this the house is great- large and cool in hot summer. Very close to the most stunning views and walk to Ta Cenc cliffs (one of holiday highlights and right on your doorstep) and very short walk to two very good restaurants. No noise from builders who were friendly and considerate re parking. Compared to villas in France and Spain this is a great price and position.

I was very disappointed that there was building ongoing right next to the property, nothing mentioned when booking the villa.
The gas hob in the villa leaves little to be desired - takes forever to cook. The bed covers and towels provided need to be updated and the place could do with a good dusting. Having said that the villa is lovely and spacious and when the building works are not going on the place is very peaceful.
We had hoped not to have to hire a car and were told that there was a local bus service - no mention that this bus only travels into Victoria once a day (early in the morning). A car is essential! Having said that when we travelled around the Island we did find beautiful places. I would recommend Xlendi Bay. We loved it there.
There are 2 absolutely fantastic restaurants 2 minutes walk away from the villa which I would highly recommend. Not quiet sure if I would return.

We stayed at this property for a week at the end of May.  The house itself is lovely and spacious, but not exactly 'high standard' as described.  It was dirty on arrival, very poor kitchen facilities, everything needed washing before we could use it. Bedding was very old and 'grubby' looking and towels like sandpaper - not pleasant if you have sun burn!  There is also a building site outside the front gates and parking is not very good - you get blocked in.
