Superb Detached Villa Just 10 minute walk from the sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and only 5 minutes to the local shops restaurants cafes supermarkets etc. The villa has 2 bedrooms (one double and one Twin) both with Air con fitted, living room with double doors opening onto a large shaded terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Dining Area leading to the kitchen. The villa is a fully furnished Holiday Home and comes with TV and satellite (lots of English speaking channels, DVD player CD Music system Air con fitted in the living room Outside are 4 sunbeds besides the pool, BBQ and a roof top solarium. The Villa is secure and has an alarm.
