Fabulous Two bedroom Two bathroom Villa with its own private pool. The villa offers a good sized living room with 2 comfy sofas and a dining area, a separate kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and Twin bedroom (2 singles) with en suite shower room. Outside is a large shaded Terrace (seating for 4) which overlooks the private swimming pool 4 sun beds and further seating around the pool area plus an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. There is a small selection of restaurants cafes and bars plus a supermarket within walking distance, lots more in Quesada Village (see below). The villa has part Air-conditioning and ceiling fans installed , TV (Spanish channels only) music system, plus an alarm.

Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 min drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes Quesada village (5 min drive) is very established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc plus has its own large water park (5 min drive) with several slides, water shoots and children’s pools. For golf fans the villa is located just down the road (5 minute drive) from Quesada’s own golf course 'La Marquesa'. Torreveija Town centre is a a 15 minute drive

We have recently returned from a fantastic 10 days in Quesada, the villa was more than we expected, absolutely beautiful, everything mentioned about the villa was correct, the property was absolutely spotless and in great condition, the welcome we received upon arrival was really impressive and such a nice couple, very helpful.

Car hire is needed for this area although we made so much use of the pool that we very rarely ventured out.

The shops and restaurants are only a 5 min drive away and we can highly recommend Esmeralda's chinese restaurant, one of our favorites.

We would also like to thank Kerry and Angela for all their help during the transaction in booking this villa.

We will definitely return in 2010.

We recently returned home from a lovely holiday at the villa. The description represents the villa perfectly, it is very well maintained and clean and feels very "homely". Thanks to Susan who was very helpful. A car is definatley required but everything to within easy reach of the villa, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Even though the villa is semi-detached it is very private and in a good location and feels very safe. Would definatley recommend!

We stayed at this villa 10th -24th July 08. The villa was spacious,immaculate and very clean, and very well equipped for a lovely holiday. Lovely private pool, which was looked after by Albi across the road. We ate out almost everynight at the local restaurants,lots of choice!! Spanish,Thai, Italian,Indian etc. The Banana Tree (thai) was very nice. Other times we made use of the lovely BBQ! Also would recommend the spanish restaurant on the main road to Guadamar called MANILO, the Paella was wonderful! We found that the local beach was the nicest at GUADAMAR ( the dunes) ,very relaxing with plenty of space. Would recommend you hire a car to go sightseeing, we had a nice day out at Alicante and further afield Valencia!
Lots of supermarkets close by to get all your supplies and the all important wine!!
Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at this villa, you have everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday, a big thankyou to the owner, and some day we would definately like to return, and by the way, the weather was beautiful of course too!!!!
