Usual Arrival time is after 4pm and vacate time is 11am on day of departure. However, special arrangements can be made. Bookings 4 weeks before departure to be paid in full on booking. Deposit of 20% required for confirmation of booking (non-refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival). Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. 200.00 British pounds or 400 euros security deposit to be paid on arrival which will be refunded on departure less any damages. Air conditioning is provided but excess usage will be charged.
