The west facing 28' x 14' pool has a covered eating area where you can dine al fresco whilst watching the amazing sunsets. An experience never to be forgotten. The villa has a stunning open plan lounge with minstrel gallery and vaulted ceiling with cable TV entertainment centre looking out over the pool and views. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Beautiful master bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom and large walk in dressing room. Upstairs has a queen double bedroom , a twin bedroom and a loft room with queen sofa bed. Ideal as a teenagers/2nd family lounge with cable TV or as a fourth bedroom. Spacious, air bright kitchen with nook and pantry and fridge freezer with ice maker, large range style oven with hob. Microwave and every kitchen utility needed. A cool box too.

Minutes to the wonderful Ellenton Outlet Shopping Centre, with its own ice skating rink and local supermarkets and wide range of restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island and beaches, where you can dine and watch dolphins and bird life with the sun going down too! Minutes to the Sky way bridge taking you to mile upon mile of the Gulf's stunning white beaches from St Petes through to Clearwater. Further north you can visit the Greek village of Tarpon Springs. 90 Minutes door to door to Disney. Beautiful parks only 20 mins away at Fort de Soto and Snead Island, Emerald Point, all lovely and well worth a visit. Close to Parrish with its own Railroad Museum. Beautiful Sarasota with fishing trips and dolphin spotting cruises are only 20 mins away. There is so much to see and do just minutes away on the I 75.

Great villa nice view of the golf course

We had a great time in Florida . This villa has easy access to the freeway and the pool is great. Great space with a seperate upstairs which is great for kids. Its on a nice golf course in a safe area but you do need to use a car to get everywhere. We had a nice time and I would stay there again and in the guest book there was mostly good reports but a few typical english moans about petty things. The pool alarm goes off if you open the doors and leave them open but its not a problem you just shut the doors behind you and in the grand scheme of things its not a problem you are on holiday in Florida in great place so this is a minor issue. Also the space is great but a couple of moans that a family of about 14 said there wasn't enough chairs around the kitchen table etc.. This is a 3 bedroom villa with 6 kitchen chairs so what do you expect. If you try and cram in 100 people you might be short of a chair or two.
Owner's Response: It is a wonderful safe place to stay overlooking the golf course. Very roomy and light and airy. The upstairs loft area/second lounege/extra sofabed is a real bonus for kids who want their own space and TV. Very central for beaches, supermarkets shops and restaurants. Pool alarm is a must by law and I believe a very good idea. Enjoy.

This home definitely had the 'wow factor'. That was our immediate reaction when we walked in. Everything was just perfect.
The pool is such a bonus feature too - and the view beyond it. The pool is very big compared to some villas. We thought we may see lots of golfers walking by, but when we did they were such a distance away that it didn't bother us.
We found the villa to be very well kept and very clean when we arrived. In our opinion the beds were very comfortable and the children and ourselves were very pleased with the amount of wardrobe space and hangers that were provided. All of the other amenities suited our needs.
We thought the position was perfect for us to tour the Gulf coast for the first time, and the Sunshine Skyway bridge has a lovely route to travel along.
Our children of 18 and 16 really enjoyed the area, and we wished we had more days there.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with, answering our emails promptly and advising us of some suitable places to take our teenagers.
We would definitely recommend the villa, and we would love to return again one day.
Owner's Response: We try to visit and do a major spring clean each year. We have a wonderful agent who always sorts out the occasional problem and I am very confident that all future renters will feel the same. It is in a wonderful location and I am thrilled our visitors enjoy the villa and pool as much as we do.

A home from home villa

Just returned from our wonderful holiday and thought must write a review on the great villa we have just stayed in. The villa has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and a great master bathroom and bedroom with a huge walk in wardrobe. When we first walked through the door we thought how clean and well presented it was. The pool is super, it's a great size and an ideal shape for swimming in and playing.

The villa is in a very quiet area. Beaches, shops and restaurants within easy reach by car.

A really lovely place to come and stay, whether to relax by a pool or go explore the wonderful surrounding area.

We would recommend this villa to everyone.

A beautiful spacious house in a peaceful setting with a lovely view. Excellent access to the interstate yet not so close to be obtrusive. We particularly enjoyed day trips to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park. The beautiful Fort de Soto beaches are within easy reach as is Anna Maria Island. Disney is an hour and a half drive so also manageable as a day trip if you've the stamina! No grocery stores in the immediate vicinity so car essential. A great base for days out, for time relaxing by the pool and for spotting wildlife. We loved it!
