This exclusive spacious south facing Villa Apartment built in 2002 to our own specification. A detached non estate property situated in a quiet established residential area affording views of the surrounding mountains. Built on 2 levels. Tenancy for lower level only, however upper level will be unoccupied at time of your holiday. Luxuriously appointed with air-conditioning and centrally heated by radiators for winter use. Afloodlit private Roman swimming pool is complimented by an extra large terrace with BBQ and feature stone outside table with seating for alfresco dining. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and maintained to a very high standard and is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. An idyllic getaway suitable for a range of guests including romantic honeymoons/ anniversaries, family holidays etc.. in a quiet yet easily accessible location.

The Penon D'Ifach rock dominating the Calpe skyline and providing stunning 360 degree panoramic views from its peak. Inland mountain villages of Guadelest, Taberna and Aitana the famous Algar waterfalls and for the children the fun park - Terra Mitica and Aqualandia just 20 minutes distant.

As a well travelled couple of numerous villa rentals we feel suitably qualified to write a review of this wonderful villa.

The property was extremely well presented, very clean and truly felt like a home from home, albeit a Spanish one! The villa is accurately described and the location and layout was as anticipated. All facilities and utilities worked faultlessly and the building and it's grounds are maintained to a very high standard.

We cannot understand an earlier review suggesting that privacy was in any way compromised. Make no mistake this is a quiet area with infrequent foot or road traffic. To view the swimming pool from the road would require some gymnastical abilities as far as I can recall! Certainly we never felt overlooked in any way.

There are only a small number of helpful notices in discreet locations around the property. This is afterall Carole and Stuart's personal home when us holidaymakers aren't in residence and we never felt the notices were out of place or intrusive to our enjoyment.

We fell in love with the villa and the area immediately, so many places to visit and the villa is situated in an ideal location for getting around. Fabulous restaurants, uncluttered beaches, lovely walks and great scenery - what's not to like !!

All in all a very comfortable and completely relaxing stay at Villa Friers and one we fully intend to return to again. Carole was a delight to deal with and her villa comes highly recommended. Book with confidence.

Holiday Villa

While the Villa was clean and well presented, It is very overlooked by the next door neighbours and while the pool area is larger than average it can clearly be seen from the road so it offers very little privacy, We as a family who have stayed in many Beautiful Villas in and around the surrounding area also found the numerous signs of rules and regulations abit too much .
You cannot manage without a car and we found contacting the agent quite difficult.
On our return the deposit money was deducted for having their lock unjammed , which was not of our doing and the owner failed to reply to my email of enquiry about this
We would not return
Owner's Response: This family was a property owners nightmare!! Be warned they live in Flintshire. Fifteen years in the business with returning guests speaks for itself.

Wonderful villa

Thank you Carol for a superb holiday in your lovely villa. It was everything you described and we very much look forward to returning. The villa is very well furnished, comfortable with every amenity in a peaceful area with good views. We sunbathed around the super large pool although a bit chilly for swimming when we were there. We enjoyed being able to pop into Calpe or Moraira easily and found some really great restaurants. How do they do it for the price. We had a few days sightseeing, so much to do and see in this wonderful part of Spain. We would highly recommend your home and the area to anyone.
