We've also added features not found in the standard construction of the these condos. Some of these upgrades include double pane windows (quiet, constant temperature), ceiling fans (better air circulation), dimmable recessed lighting, Custom bathrooms (no fiberglass tubs), granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Also included are backpack beach chairs, over sized beach towels, beach umbrella, portable cooler, Boogey boards. No mismatched furniture or castoffs from home, this unit is top quality! Quality......

Yes there are cheaper condos available with lower cleaning fees. However, most times the old saying of 'you get what you pay for' is true. With our Beach Home we have set out to give you more than you expect. When deciding on which Beach Home to rent consider the following items that most units do not have. We have removed the original aluminum framed windows and replaced them with new double pane windows for a more modern look and improved sound and climate control. We have recessed lighting in all rooms with dimmers. We have ceiling fans in all rooms (Most units do not have fans in the bedrooms). We have custom tile work with frame less glass enclosures and a cast iron tub in the bathroom (original construction had fiberglass enclosures and tubs). All cabinets are new, not old cabinets with fresh paint. All sinks, furnishings, linens, towels, appliances, counter tops, etc... are new!

Cleanliness.....

Sorry, we could not find a cheaper cleaning crew who met our standards. What can we say, we are picky and expect more from our cleaning crew. We also designed the unit with porcelain tile floors to create a cleaner, low allergen environment.
