A newly built villa over three levels, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room. A small private garden to the rear and a pool facing terrace to the front. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with balconies and a shower room with WC. On the second floor there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with balconies and shower room and WC. Comfortably furnished throughout. Superb swimming pool for residents to enjoy. In a quiet location with easy access to the fantastic beach and turquoise lagoon of Flic en Flac. Linen and towels provided. A weekly maid service. Private parking and 24 hour security.

Flic en Flac is a 12 kilometre stretch of fine white sandy beach, backed by Filao trees that provide some much needed natural shade. The small shopping centre has everything the holidaymaker requires, a well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, bank, even a small casino. Tour operators and dive centres are located here for those wishing to join an organised excursion such as a trip on a Catamaran to Ille Aux Cerfs or evening cocktails and BBQ cruise. After you have watched the magnificent sunsets from the beach the question of where to eat will arise, the local restaurants serve a variety of different tastes, Chinese, Creole, European. Domaine Anna is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes drive from Flic en Flac which is renowned for its food and entertainment. A Sega night is a must, this will introduce you to the courtship dance of the original slaves to Mauritius.

West coast: The climate on the West coast is the driest and sunniest on the island, even in winter the average daytime temperature is a balmy 23 degrees. In this part of the island there is a wealth of top grade hotels a testimony to the natural beauty of the area. A beach lover’s paradise, a perfect place to come and unwind and relax, the unhurried lifestyle and friendly people with their diverse mix of cultures. An excellent base from which to explore the island, the local bus service provides very good transport links to the rest of the island. Another way of exploring the island is to hire a taxi with driver who will personalise a tour to your requirements. Both these options are 150 metres from the villa. Car hire is also available locally.

Places of interest: Easily accessible on the West coast are: Casela Bird Park, contains 140 species of birds plus tigers, tortoises, monkeys, deer and orchids. In Port Louis you will find the Central Market which sells all the ingredients required for any dish a Mauritian is likely to cook as well as arts and crafts. Visit a working sugar factory and find out how the cane is processed and buy a bottle of locally produced rum! Visit Vanille Crocodile park and as well as crocodiles see the giant tortoises.

La villa est exactement comme l'annonce la décrit. Aucune déception, bien au contraire. Tout a été pensé, même les jouets de plage....
La villa est très propre, grande et bien équipée, tout est en très bon état. ( téléphone, machine à laver, four, four micro-onde, TV, lecteur de DVD, poste radio CD etc...) La piscine est grande et très agréable, il y avait peu de monde. La résidence est surveillée 24h/24h par un gardien et c'est très calme. ( pas de nuisance sonore). La plage est vraiment près et très belle, il y a beaucoup de restos et un grand super marché avec des boutiques.
Le parc animalier CASELA est à 2 km de Flic en Flac ( à faire absolument ....) L'île aux bénitiers n'est pas très loin ( départ en bateau à Tamarin ou même à Flic en Flac ), c'est une sortie à ne pas manquer : nager avec les dauphins est une expérience unique.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir .

Perfect place for a holiday

There is just one thing to say about our holiday: it was perfect! The apartment is great, we felt just like home (or even better, cause of the climate outside!). We took our 2-year-old son with us and he loved it too. There is everything you will need for a great stay!
The complex is very quiet. There are some nice restaurants and shops nearby and the beaches are terrific!
The owner was very helpful, we had lots of questions before we came to Mauritius and she was very patient with us ;-)

GREAT VACATION

Wonderful well appointed property, in pleasant surroundings and suitable for all ages. The townhouse contained absolutely everything required for a relaxing stress free holiday. We loved every minute. Beaches were great and the local shops and restaurants too. Highly recomended to all.
Being our second visit to Mauritius, all we can say that this is a great alternative to staying at a hotel. Thanks for everything Danielle!

Holiday Villa - Flic-en-flac Mauritius

The Villa was extremely comfortable with all modern amenities available and situated in the most perfect but quiet complex just a few steps away from the Beach.

The beach had the most gorgeous white sands and the sea was a gorgeous turquoise blue and both stretched as far as the eye could see. An added bonus was the Coral reef about 200 metres out which protected the beach and made a very safe place for younger children to swim.

A variety of Restaurants lined the beach front and all within a stone's throw of the Villa which made dining out easy, effortless & extremely enjoyable.

We found all the locals to be extremely friendly and always accomodating whenever & wherever possible. Most spoke english backed up by either French or Creole.

We could not fault this Villa or Island in anyway. The location, resort and Island were just perfect.

If you are looking for a very relaxing peaceful beach holiday with beautiful hot sunshine, clear blue skies, white sandy beaches & very warm turquoise blue sea then this is the place to visit.

The Villa certainly made you feel like you were in your own home but with the addition of a beautiful climate just outside. What bliss the whole holiday was and we shall certainly visit again.
