Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 2 bedroom, upper floor, 1,400 sq ft retro-modern condo at the Biltmore Colony in South Palm Springs. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright but designed for the present, this beautiful condominium is located in the desirable Deep Well area and on the former site of the historic Biltmore Hotel. It is just minutes from the downtown shops, clubs, casino, bars, upscale restaurants and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

This upper floor condo has relaxing hideaway charm with style and modern comforts. The open floor plan combines the open living room with a large flat panel High Definition TV, dining room with seating for six and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, fireplace with beautiful stonework and peek-a-boo mountain views. Each of the bedrooms are fully furnished, with luxury linens, brand new modern furniture, walk in closets, and flat panel TVs. (Large sectional couch in living room can sleep a willing person!!

The condo also features a flat screen Dell computer with free high speed cable internet access, printer, a two-car attached garage, washer and dryer, patio with mountain view, unlimited long distance, iPod Hi-Fi player (bring your own iPod, plug it in and hi-definition cable tv in the living room.
