We are located mid-way between Estepona and San Pedro in the area known as 'The New Golden Mile'. The development, which is adjacent to the 5* Grand Deluxe 'Hotel Las Dunas' on the coastal side of the N-340 at Km 163, is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport. The elegant old town of Estepona is only 10 minutes away. Cafes, bars, restaurants and beach bars are all nearby. The main coastal road is minutes walk away where you can catch the frequent buses to Estepona, Marbella and exclusive Puerto Banus. Licensed taxis operate also from the 'Salinas' development. The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds and double fitted wardrobes. A 'French' door in each of these bedrooms leads out onto your own private West facing lawn area. An area, incidentally, which is ideal for that evening drink or barbecue as the sun goes down. The family bathroom, adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, again is fully tiled with bath and shower facilities. A fold-away cot is kept in the apartment should it be needed.
