It's a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment ( 65 square meters ) with all modern conveniences for 4/5 people. American kitchen fully equipped : fridge, oven, microwave, dish washer, nespresso machine, ... Living room with a dining table and a sofa bed (140cms). LCD TV & DVD Player; Free Wifi Internet Access; Nintendo Wii & few games available 1 main bed-room with a double-bed (160cms). 1 smaller bed room with a double-bed (120cms). 1 bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. Independent toilets .

Wonderful apartment. We enjoyed our holiday here, just a short distance from the beautiful promenade and beach. It was lovely to return from a day on the beach to a clean, airy apartment in less than 5 minutes. Get changed and in another 5 minutes you are in the city centre, amid bars and restaurants a plenty.

nice flat in great position

Booked late, but all went very smoothly.Friendly accomodationg owner and his family.The flat is in a great position.We even used to pop home to make a cup of tea to take on the beach it was that close! No disturbing noise at night from the streets.The kids really appreciated the wireless broadband and Wi . I really appreciated the dedicated parking space close by as Biarritz is not easy to park in.Biarritz itself is lovely and great for families with teenage children.Very safe.Strongly recommend.
