Accommodation for up to 6 in the winter and 8 in the summer in this Napolen III era house which has been fully re-furbished in 2007. A private terrace ideal for outside eating and barbacues,4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a shower room ,TV and Internet access, modern and authentic decoration to make your stay perfectly comfortable. Free parking in the street in front of the house.

    Booking conditions:
    35% payable when booking
    balance 1 month before arrival
    In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival only the 35% down payment will be retained by the owner;in the event of cancellation after that the full amount will be retained by the owners unless they are able to re-rent for the same period.
    Breakage/damage guarantee cheque 2500€ per stay payable upon arrival (cashed only in the event of damages or breakages and returnable 10 days after departure).
    All prices include 6 hours of cleaning of sanitary facilities (2 x 3 hours) per week. The house should be returned in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival.
    Bathroom towels and bed linen included (not beach towels)
    Rental Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 6 pm, departure no later than 10am unless agreed beforehand.*
