Beautiful newly refurbished apartment in the best area of Nice. Only three blocks to the beach and in the very centre of Nice this apartment is situated in the best possible way! Located on the second floor in an elegant bourgeois building with a nice classical French facade, it is 88 square metres in size. The interior offers high ceilings, old solid front doors, shiny wooden floors in the two bedrooms, the living room and the dining area. With its modern equipment the kitchen offers all the comfort you can wish for. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a great Jacuzzi for relaxing moments. Also there are two balconies - one facing the street and the other one facing the garden.

The apartment is situated just a 2 minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais, the seaside promenade that stretches 4 miles around the Baie des Anges, it has been a favorite for leisurely moments since the turn of last century. Always covered with flowers, this wonderful walk looks out onto the beaches on one side, and luxury hotels such as the Negresco on the other. At all hours, people come here to watch the sea, sunbath, jog and roller skate. Nearby you will find Rue de France, the pedestrian shopping street which runs roughly parallel to the seaside. This area is full of shops, including some exclusive clothing boutiques, and restaurants and cafés with outdoor terraces - a great place to sit and watch the world go by, while you eat or drink.

Our family spent relaxing vacation in June 2009 in this beautiful apartment. which was clean, spacious, peaceful and had great beds. The location was excellent: sea, old town and train station were nearby.

We can warmly recommend this apartment to everyone!
