Our newly built, stylish and luxurious 1 bedroom apartment with large sun-terrace is privately owned and situated in an excellent location on the small, peaceful complex of El Mirador. The spacious apartment is furnished and decorated to the highest standard throughout and offers accommodation for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine*. The Lounge has TV (English Channels) and DVD. A Security Safe is also provided. The apartment’s large sun terrace is a wonderful place to relax and unwind allowing the choice of full-sun or cool shade. Sun-loungers, patio table and chairs are provided. The facilities of the complex include 3 pools with attractive terraces for sun-bathing and relaxing and will suit couples and families of all ages. Long staying guests are very welcome. The new, stylish and attractive complex of El Mirador (built to 2 storeys only) is situated in a quiet and prestigious area of Los Cristianos; just a few minutes walk from the seafront and town centre. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafés just a short-walk away. Los Cristianos is on the South Coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. It has a wonderful harbour as its focal point. Many excursions run from the harbour area such as pleasure cruises, diving trips, and ferries to La Gomera, trips to see whales and dolphins etc. Car hire is available but unnecessary as other excursions include: Botanical Gardens, Mount Tiede National Park, Thor Heyerdahl Museum, Anaga Mountains, Mercedes Forest. Free buses travel each day from Los Cristianos to ‘Aqualand’ Water Park, Dolphinarium and Animal Park.

  • Day and time of arrival at the apartment are flexible providing no-one is arriving / departing on the same day. Please discuss with the owner and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • All bed linen and towels are provided for your use within the apartment (1 hand towel and one bath towel per guest). However, please bring your own beach towels for use at complex pools and beaches.

El Mirador ia a quiet,clean and well maintained complex. There are good bars and restaurants close by and the sea front and town centre are within easy walking distance. There is a well stocked supermarket just across from the entrance to the complex. We have stayed in this apartment on our last three visits to Tenerife and it continues to be maintained to a high standard with excellent facilities. There is a large terrace which has sun all afternoon. The owner has always been very helpful and friendly.

immaculate peaceful apartment

This is a spotlessly clean extremely comfortable apartment in a very quiet area of Los Cristianos. The El Mirador complex is beautifully kept and very safe as all exits/entrances are locked. We have not had children with us but it appears to be very child friendly with good behaviour expected for those of us without children. The main bus station is a short walk and there are various restaurants in the vicinity. A new shopping mall with a supermarket is a two minute walk away and the main shops of Los Cristianos are about ten to fifteen minutes walk-depending on your speed and the heat!

The owner is a joy to deal with and has proved to be very helpful and flexible.

We would be happy to recommend this apartment to friends.
