Brand new spacious villa with superb views and private hot tub
The semi-detached villa is part of a small, exclusive development in the Paphos region and built on the most spectacular plot of land, on an elevated plateau with 180 degrees of sea view. Built by DND Ltd, winner of the Homes Overseas Gold Award for Best Cypriot Villa (2004) and Silver Award for International Exterior (2005). The design of the villa is indeed individual and beautiful, both in style and choice of materials. Capturing the feel of the old Tremithousa village, the architect has incorporated stone walling as a feature of the villa's design. There are expansive patio doors along the width of the lounge & opening onto a lovely garden. A private hot tub is available to enjoy year round, along with a large shared pool - round the corner. A private roof top terrace provides breath-taking views of the sea and mountains. Tastefully furnished throughout, every effort has been made to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible.A complimentary welcome pack is provided.

Tremithousa is simply the ideal place to enjoy the best of both worlds – a contemporary Mediterranean lifestyle on rolling Mediterranean hillsides, whilst at the same time remaining within an easy 5-minute drive from the amenities, services and shops of Paphos town. Receiving an average annual rainfall of about 520 mms; vines of wine making varieties, vegetables, cereals, forage plants, citrus, almond, and walnut trees, and legumes are cultivated in the region. The village has a reputation for the aromatic and tasty honey that it produces. Tremithousa connects in the north to the monastery of Agios Neofytos and the charming fishing villages of Polis and Laatchi. To the northeast, the land rises through vineyards and the Paphos Forest to Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountains. The Akamas Peninsula lies to the north west of Paphos and is a unique area. Relatively large and unspoilt, it possesses remarkably diverse features in vegetation, wildlife, geology, landscapes and coasts.
